#98 - Controversy

My hubby who is a faithful reader of my blog, has brought up a point that I honestly cannot defend.  He says that the tournament in question was not in Morgan City as I posted, but was in fact the State Championship game that was held at Comeaux High School in Lafayette.  I thought it was just a regular season tournament held in Morgan City.  He does have facts to back up his theory.  His story is that the reason that he remembers is because it was the first time his mom let him take her suburban and drive it out of town.  He would have been 16 or 17 years old, so that fits.  He took friends Albe, Cade, and Gugga with him and made the long, long, long trip to Lafayette.  He remembers that his mom wanted to ride with him, but in the end, let him drive alone and she caught a ride with someone else to the game.  So far, he cannot find backup from the other passengers.  We called Albe this morning and he doesn't even remember going to any tournaments.  Can anyone else help us with this story????  All comments welcome!
